Yes, complete the order form on the "Contact" page and a team member will review your request and contact you. Please be as specific as possible so that we may better serve you.

No additional charges are added for special or custom orders. You will be given a price quote for your order when we have completed processing your request. Should you choose to place an order, a non-refundable deposit will be required before work on your order will begin. This deposit will then be deducted from your order cost and you will be responsible for the balance when the order is completed, in addition to any applicable tax and shipping costs. The non-refundable deposit will be 20% of the order cost.

Yes! Items ordered in bulk do have discounted pricing. Please complete a special request form on the Home screen or contact a team member for a quote. We would be happy to put together a special package for your event. Whether a Wedding, Gifts or Favors for an event, Promotional items for marketing, or Decor such as Floral Backdrops, Garlands, and Curtains we can customize a package for you.

We will work together with you to provide you color samples by mail so that you may choose your desired colors. We welcome you to provide a color sample for our use also, if available. We can hand dye paper for a desired color request, or a vintage appearance.

An occasional dusting is all that is required, and your flowers will last for years to come. You can lightly spray them with compressed air, hold about 6 inches away to avoid damage to your flowers. You may also use a blow dryer on a low/cool setting. Avoid high heat and high speeds so as not to damage them.
