Everything is just fun with this design. The pinwheel roses are made of graphic novel pages from Doctor Who's classics or white card stock paper. Some are painted with a metallic hot pink paint and shimmer with a glam pink glitter. All are topped with beads and pearls, 6 kinds in all. The vase is ceramic and covered in Doctor Who graphic novel pages and coated with a matte gel. A bubble gum pink shimmer ribbon embellishes the neck of the vase.
