DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 Business Days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Special Orders and Bulk Orders will be processed and shipped per the terms of the order.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
LorDeCulture Designs, Inc. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
LorDeCulture Designs, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
LorDeCulture Designs, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Return requests must be done via email, through our website, or by telephone. You must explain in detail the reason for your return. You will be issued an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that you must include with your returned item(s). You have 14 calendar days from the date you are issued your RMA# to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Include the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)

The following items cannot be returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for: Custom or Personalized orders.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit issuer's policies.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Most Credit and Debit cards are accepted bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB Logo. Additional credit cards bearing the UnionPay logo may be accepted, or Interac Debit cards. Paypal is also available for payment.
BULK PURCHASING
If you would like to purchase items in Bulk for events such as weddings, parties, favors, etc. please complete a special request form, email sales@lordeculturedesigns.com, or call for a price quote.
